Here is the latest message from Let’s Vote Yes for Arizona Schools, in Support of Prop 123:
This week brought good news. School districts across the state are releasing their budgets and they all have one thing in common — raises for teachers.
More than 25 school districts across Arizona have COMMITTED to raising teacher pay if Prop 123 passes on May 17.
A pay raise for teachers means our great educators will stop leaving the state for better paying jobs elsewhere or leaving the profession altogether. It means our kids will have better quality teachers in the classroom because they’re receiving competitive pay.
Take a look at the list below of districts that have committed to teacher raises to see if yours is on it.
And click the button below to see how much money your school district will get this year alone if Prop 123 passes May 17.
We’re working hard to make sure we get this money — $3.5 billion over the next 10 years — into the classroom.
But we can’t do it without you.
Remember to turn in your early ballot or vote YES on May 17.
